Any product purchased in ENZEMMEDICAL may be returned provided that it complies with the conditions established in these POLICIES, which apply to all our CLIENTS without exception.
Returns must be reported within a maximum period of 3 WORKING DAYS after receiving your order.
If there is a mistake in the article sent by ENZEMMEDICAL, our CUSTOMER should immediately contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE staff at telephone numbers 11 00 02 45 in Monterrey or 01 800 250 4475 outside of Monterrey. hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from MONDAY through FRIDAY or else, notify that error to the e-mail: [email protected]
ONLY CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHEN THE PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS ARE INCORRECTLY PUBLISHED ON OUR SITE AND THIS ERROR IS REPORTED BY OUR CUSTOMER WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 1 BUSINESS DAY AFTER HAVING RECEIVED THEIR ORDER.
In a RETURN for any other reason than the one mentioned in the previous point, we will proceed to change the piece for one of EQUAL or GREATER value (difference that our CLIENT must cover) and never one of LESS value. If so, they must be two or more pieces, covering the amount paid for the piece that has been returned. In no case may a surplus remain in favor of the CLIENT.
Procedure for return in plant:
If the RETURN of the product proceeds, it must be brought to our offices in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including its ORIGINAL INVOICE, as well as manuals and other components (it is NECESSARY that the product is COMPLETE and in NEW status). Please continue reading.
The RETURN will not be possible when:
The WARRANTY STAMPS have been removed.
The packaging or boxes have non-original labels, is scratched, with bumps, dirty or with another form of abuse.
In case the piece is not in the NEW PRODUCT status or if the TIME LIMIT (3 WORKING DAYS) to report the disagreement has been exceeded, the RETURN will NOT proceed.
If the product was purchased in the auctions / offers area.
If the product EXPRESSLY had the legend WITHOUT WARRANTY or WITHOUT RETURN.
Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item (s) that was included in the original transaction must return the entire package, otherwise the value of the product that came as a gift will be discounted.
Items in Liquidation, "Open Box" and Special Sales
Products sold in liquidation, "open box" or special sale may only be returned for manufacturing or operational defects and their return will be for the same value, form of payment and according to the indicated return period.
Charges for Refund
ENZEMMEDICAL will not make return charges except in the following cases:
The charge in any of the previously mentioned cases will be 20% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE PRODUCT WITHOUT EXCEPTION. The rest will be in favor of the client but it will NOT be REIMBURSABLE, it can be applied in a new purchase or in a CREDIT NOTE.
Procedure for returns outside of state:
The cost of the shipment for the return of the product will be covered by the client, only in case it is a mistake of ENZEMMEDICAL
Once notified of your RETURN to our CUSTOMER SERVICE department via telephone to 01 800 250 4475 or via email: [email protected], you can send the piece using preferably the same courier company that delivered the merchandise.
The package must contain: ORIGINAL INVOICE, AN EXPLANATORY NOTE THAT INDICATES THE REASON FOR THE RETURN and if you wish to replace the item or mention if it was previously agreed with our CUSTOMER SERVICE staff, the REIMBURSEMENT of your money to a BANK ACCOUNT that you indicate to us (please verify the previous points).
